Рассматривается специфика проявления общесистемных принципов в законодательстве Российской Федерации о культуре, в частности, о музейном деле. Поскольку правоотношения в сфере культуры многогранны и пронизывают многие сферы деятельности человека, соприкасающиеся с культурой, реализация системных принципов прослеживается применительно к музейной деятельности и, следовательно, к комплексному образованию в праве - музейному праву, в том числе применительно к принципу иерархии в распределении полномочий органов власти в области культуры. Кроме того, анализируется институт антикоррупционной экспертизы, с помощью которого осуществляется тестирование новелл в российском законодательстве, в том числе в законодательстве о культуре, в частности, о музейном деле.
